    - Contact 

    We do not hold all products in stock, so orders may be canceled due to out-of-stock processing. In this case, we will process your refund immediately.

    You can pay additionally by PayPal.



    - Delivery

    Shipping is sent by EMS.

    Shipping costs paid on the site are estimates, actual shipping costs may be higher.


    If you place an order, it will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment is confirmed, but if there is a delay, it may take 5-7 days or more than a week.

    Orders can only be canceled before shipment, and it may be difficult to cancel orders after shipment.

    Delivery time may take 5 to 14 days depending on the country and region.



    - Exchange refund

    Hamong meticulously records the inspection process before product release, and strives to prevent defective and contaminated products from being shipped out.

    If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, it can only be exchanged for the same product.

    Refund due to simple change of mind is possible only for unworn products that have not been removed after receiving the product.

    Exchange or refund may be difficult if the value of the product is damaged or in the following cases.



    * Exchanges and returns are not possible if defects/contaminations are found after wearing. Please check before wearing.


    * Chalks, pens, and stitches that may remain in the manufacturing process are not considered defective products.


    * If 2 days have passed since you received the product


    * Tag removal, wear marks, tears, stains, traces of cosmetics, perfume, smell, washing, dry cleaning, repair, scratches, damage to components, etc.


    * Products that cannot be sold because the value of the product is impaired


    * Leather products (including clothing, shoes, bags), jewelry, inner wear, swimwear, socks, hats, white, ivory, and other bright color products

    * If the position of the pattern arrangement is different depending on the manufacturing process, the size is within the error range of 3cm, the product looks different in color depending on the light, lighting, or resolution,


    Phenomena that may occur due to the nature of the material (fluff, color transfer, etc.) are not considered defective products.


    * Sale products


    Also, please note that points purchased with points cannot be redeposited.

    Those who wish to exchange or refund must submit an exchange application on the Q&A bulletin board within 2 days, and must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt to process the exchange.

    If you do not submit an exchange or refund application in advance and send the shipment randomly, we will send it back without contacting you separately.
